  • Weeks 1-6 = Regular Season weeks
There will be a running cumulative score for every 9-Hole round, week in and week out.

    Week 7 = Finals week

    • Teams must compete with their original 4 registered players (see “substitution policy” for penalty risks)

    • After Week 6, total team score determines flights: top half = Flight A, bottom half = Flight B.

Please note for “Flight A” teams – As a reward for great play during Weeks 1-6, top teams will start Week 7 with the below scores:
      Top 5 Teams = -2
      Next 5 Teams = -1
      Remaining Teams = Even

    TRACKMAN SCORING
Each player hits a tee shot on each hole, with the team selecting the best ball for their next shot. This continues until completion of the hole. The score on each hole is the total of the best shots.

    • Scoring in Stroke:
Stroke is a scoring system where the total number of strokes is counted for a round of 9 or 18 holes. The winner is the player who uses the fewest strokes throughout the round or across multiple rounds.

    • Stroke Tie Rules:
When two or more teams are tied, the leaderboard will automatically use the rules below to determine team position.

    See here for Tiebreak breakdown

  • Each player will have a shot at the weekly CTP contest after completing their 9-Hole round of league play.
This will require every player to be logged in to their Trackman Golf Account.

    Trackman Scoring
Players are ranked based on their average distance to the pin across all holes played. This is calculated by summing each player's shortest distance to the hole-including any penalties-across the tournament.
On the leaderboard, you can also find the hole winners in the hole columns.

    • Rules & Penalties:
Precision is key—aim close and stay on the green to climb the leaderboard! Land the ball on the green to avoid penalties.
The final score is determined by distance to the pin x lie penalty.

  • Do all players need to be logged in?
Yes. Every player must be logged into their personal TrackMan account before play begins.

    NO MULLIGANS allowed.
Be warned when swinging out of turn or swinging a practice swing that may hit the ball by "mistake" we cannot reverse/delete any shots.
TrackMan software does not allow for re-hits in this format.

    TIEBREAKS:
TrackMan software will determine all tiebreaks automatically to ensure an unbiased and consistent approach (see details here).

    When does the round start?
Play begins within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time, so please arrive on time each week. If you're late, the round will begin without you.

  • Weeks 1-6 (Regular Season)
Substitutions are allowed in Wks 1-6, but should not be abused.
If only three players are present, one of the attending players may hit for the absent fourth player as a last resort. Teams are expected to plan ahead and secure substitutes when needed.

    Week 7 (Finals)
Substitutes are NOT allowed in Wk 7. Teams must compete with their original 4 registered players.

A team will incur a 5-stroke penalty to their finals score if they:
    - Compete with less than 4 players
    - Use a substitute
    - Field a non-registered player

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure competitive balance and league integrity.

Why? In a 9-hole scramble, teams with only two or three players can gain an unintended advantage through a “ghost player” effect.
For example, a two-person team can each hit a shot, then effectively use the missing player’s turn as an additional attempt — allowing them to evaluate results and adjust strategy similar to taking mulligans. This advantage is not available to full four-player teams.

    Closest-To-The-Pin
Substitutes are NOT allowed to compete in weekly CTTP contest.
