This Internet website, hudsongolf.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by Hudson Golf, LLC (“Hudson Golf”).  The following is the Privacy Policy established by Hudson Golf (the “Privacy Policy”) concerning your use of the Site and Hudson Golf’s procedure as to the collection, use and protection of YOUR personal information (“Personal Information”).

1.           How We Protect Your Privacy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hudson Golf collects, uses, and protects Personal Information.  By visiting the Site, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.  In particular, you consent to the collection and use of Personal Information by Hudson Golf as described in this Privacy Policy.

2.           Minors

Hudson Golf, LLC does not provide services or sell products to children without the consent of a child’s parent or guardian.  If you are below the age of 18, you may ONLY access and/or use the Site with the express permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian.  If you are a minor, please do not provide us or other Site visitors with any Personal Information.

4.           The Type of Information We Collect From You

6.       User Names and Passwords

HUDSON GOLF HATES SPAM TOO.  Information you obtain from this Site about the Site or other Site users cannot be used by you or others to send unsolicited commercial e-mail, i.e., SPAM, or to send unsolicited commercial communications via the Site’s posting or other communication systems.  Unsolicited commercial communications on the Site’s posting or other communications systems is considered SPAM and will be deleted accordingly.  Continued violation as such will result in loss of Site access.

8.       Your Voluntary Disclosure of Information to Third Parties Who are Not the Site’s Content Providers

You may choose, at your sole and exclusive discretion, to provide Personal Information to Site visitors or other third parties who are not the Site’s Third Party Providers.  We strongly urge you to use caution when doing so, as this Privacy Policy does NOT apply to such situations where you decide to disclose your Personal Information.  The privacy policies and customs of these third parties will determine how any disclosed Personal Information is used by those parties.

9.       Autoresponders/EMAIL

The Site may use “autoresponders,” newsletters, promotions, etc. to communicate with you by e-mail and text.  To protect your privacy, Hudson Golf always uses a verified opt-in system for such communications and you can always opt-out of such communications using the Links contained in each autoresponder and/or email message.  In the unlikely event that you encounter difficulties opting out from an autoresponder list, please contact the Site’s support team at info@hudsongolf.com

The terms of this Privacy Policy may change from time to time at our sole and absolute discretion, without advance notice.  If such changes are made, Hudson Golf will post an appropriate notice on the Site’s home page of the changes that have been made.  If you disagree with the changes that have been made, please contact Hudson Golf by email at info@hudsongolf.com, and any changes made to this Privacy Policy will not apply to Personal Information that previously collected from you prior to the changes in the Privacy Policy.  However, the amended Privacy Policy’s terms will govern all future disclosures of Personal Information.  If you disagree with the Policy, then your only recourse is to not provide any further Personal Information.
